1. Delivery Areas
We currently ship to:
United Kingdom (including Scotland, England, Wales, Northern Ireland)
European Union (EU) countries
United States of America (USA)
We do not currently ship to other countries.
2. Order Processing
Orders are processed Monday to Friday during normal business hours.
Please allow 1–2 working days for us to prepare your order before dispatch.
You will receive a confirmation email when your order has been shipped, including tracking information where available.
3. Delivery Times
Delivery times vary depending on your location:

We offer free shipping for UK & US orders over £100.
For international orders, customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees applicable in their country.
5. Alcohol Delivery Requirements
By law, alcohol may only be delivered to individuals aged 18 or over.
Deliveries may require age verification at the point of delivery.
We reserve the right to refuse delivery if the recipient cannot provide proof of age.
6. Delivery Issues

Does not arrive within the estimated time
Arrives damaged
Is incomplete

Note: Millstone Gin is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect addresses provided by the customer or delays at customs for international orders.
7. Packaging
All orders are carefully packaged to ensure your gin arrives in perfect condition.
Bottles are shipped in protective packaging to reduce the risk of damage during transit.
8. Tracking
Most UK orders include tracking automatically.
For EU and USA orders, tracking may be provided depending on the courier service.
You will receive a tracking link via email once your order has shipped.
