5. Returns & Refunds
We accept returns for unopened, undamaged bottles in their original packaging.
Requests for returns must be made within 14 days of delivery.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or damaged.
Refunds are issued upon receipt and inspection of returned products.
Opened, used, or damaged bottles are not eligible for return.
6. International Orders & Customs
Customers outside the UK are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs charges in their country. Millstone Gin is not responsible for delays, extra charges, or refusals at customs.
